No analytics or ad tracking.
The site does not use analytics or tracking cookies. If you switch language, one cookie remembers your choice for a year. It holds only the language code and goes to nobody else. Railway, our hosting provider, keeps standard access logs such as your IP address, browser, requested page, and time. We use these logs only to run and secure the site.
The private receipts app at /mom uses a separate sign-in cookie that expires after seven days. Its documents and settings are stored separately on Railway. Connecting email enables Google mailbox access and sending to the bookkeeping address chosen by the account owner. When automatic document reading is configured, receipt files and email text are sent to OpenAI. Documents are sent to bookkeeping only after the account owner confirms.
You choose what to send.
Your name and email are required so we can reply. A phone number and message are optional. You are not legally required to submit the form; without contact details, we cannot contact you. Your submission is stored in Zuma's customer portal, hosted on Railway. Its contents are also sent to our inboxes through Google Workspace/Gmail so we can respond. Railway and Google process this information to provide hosting and email delivery. We use it only to reply. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Booking a call works the same way: your name, email, and the time you chose are stored in the portal and placed on Shahar's Google Calendar, which sends you the invite and the Meet link.
Personal invitations can use a saved name and email from Shahar's contacts or past calendar invitations. Friendly and professional booking links may show the saved name and optional email to anyone who opens them. You can edit your details before booking. Contact records are otherwise available only to Shahar.
